THE DESIGN
Eight surfaces: color, typography, spacing and shape, buttons, badges, forms, cards, and feedback. Light and dark themes, with every button variant shown across size and state. The system is the artifact and its own documentation at once.
THE BUILD
88 design tokens drive everything. When I switched the primary ramp from green to red and de-tinted the dark theme, I changed tokens, not screens, and the whole system moved with me. That is the system working as a system.
